We want you to be completely satisfied with your Club L London purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your return shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
